Bryce Harper scratched from the Phillies lineup with a migraine

NEW YORK – Bryce Harper left the Philadelphia Phillies’ lineup late Tuesday against the New York Mets because of a migraine.

Alec Bohm moved from third base to play first in place of Harper and Whit Merrifield was inserted at third base and batted sixth. Philadelphia shortstop Bryson Stott moved from fifth in the lineup to Harper’s third.
